Galden HT-110 replacement for 3M™ Fluorinert FC-770
3M™ Discontinues Manufacturing of 3M Fluorinert FC-770
3M™ has recently made a significant announcement that is set to impact various industries: by the close of 2025, the company will cease the production of all fluoropolymers, fluorinated fluids, and products containing PFAS-based additives. This decision marks the end of an era for 3M’s specialized product lines such as Novec coatings, cleaning agents, and cooling fluids - which have long been valued for their exceptional performance and wide-ranging industrial applications.
In this post, Hicotech is excited to showcase 3M™ Fluorinert™ FC-770 by Galden HT-110
Galden HT-110 replacement for 3M™ Fluorinert FC-770
Galden® HT PFPE are inert, dielectric and high-performance heat transfer fluids with boiling points ranging from 55°C to 270°C. This range is broader than other fluorinated heat transfer fluids and enables PFPE to be used at end-use temperatures up to 290°C.
