Introduction to Dryzone CQB-157 Nitrogen Cabinet

This Nitrogen Cabinet is designed to protect moisture-sensitive electronic components and valuable collections damage caused by moisture and oxidation. It uses nitrogen to maintain a controlled environment. The humidity range is adjustable 1% to 50% RH. Display mode: Microcomputer-controlled decimal LED display, imported the US, with a Honeywell sensor. Temperature display accuracy: ±1°C; humidity accuracy: ±3% RH.

QDN Specifications

The QDN digital nitrogen controller is used to regulate the flow of dry gas the cabinet, ensuring the desired relative humidity is achieved with the most efficient use of dry gas.

For example, if a 5% RH condition is required, the dry gas flow will stop once 5% RH is reached. The dry gas can be nitrogen, CO2, or any inert gas; however, nitrogen is the most commonly used gas for drying air. Traditional nitrogen cabinets or nitrogen boxes continuously charge nitrogen the cabinet without stopping. However, with our new NC-2 controller, over 50% of nitrogen can be saved immediately.
