Double-sided AOI WS-AX520 is a WEISH product manufactured by DongGuan WEISH Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd, Dongguan, China. Weish Double-sided WS-AX520 series provide a one-stop unmanned final inspection for simultaneous topand bottom inspection of PCBA and finished goods.

Product Features of Double-sided AOI WS-AX520:

☆ Unique feature is its ability to inspect on both sides of the PCBA simultaneously saving production floor space and investment.
☆ The dual cameras are synchronously positioned and asynchronous interlocking images are taken to avoid the interference of the upper and lower light sources.
☆ Pulley type conveyor can be selected vs the standard belt type , of which theformer is more resistant to high temperature, dirt and heavy loads.
☆ Weish proprietary Solder Pad Positioning Algorithm and FOV Assistedpositioning make detection of components more accurate.
CPU-specific algorithm for pins accurately captures various defects such aspin bending, pin deformation and missing pins.
