Fluoroguard SG

Fluoroguard SG Chemours is a colorless, odorless, nonflammable, and chemically inert polymer compounding additive based on fluorinated synthetic oil (perfluoropolyether). Fluoroguard SG meets the USP Plastics Class VI requirements for polymer additives (NAMSA tested). It has excellent color and UV/thermal stability.

Added to plastics and elastomers, Fluoroguard™ improves the processing and performance of products. The major benefits are improved processibility, wear/ abrasion resistance, lubricity, mar/scratch resistance, and surface quality. Fluoroguard™ SG internally lubricates parts, offering excellent lubricity while not affecting chemical properties. Fluoroguard™ SG is approved by NSF as an H-1 incidental contact food lubricant.
