Galden LS 215 is a fluorocarbon liquid, also known as a perfluorocarbon, that is colorless, odorless, chemically inert, and non-flammable. It is composed of fluorine and carbon atoms, which give it many useful properties for industrial applications, particularly in vapor phase soldering (VPS) processes.
