1. Kluberplus S 03-105 is a white, air-drying PTFE dispersion in an organic binding agent.
2. e applied and dried, the dispersion provides good wear resistance, has a low friction coefficient, and ensures smooth operation at low speeds.
3. The dispersion dries very quickly in spite of the water contained in the solvent.
4. Adhesion on iron, non-ferrous metals, plastic materials (e.g. ABS, PC, PVC, PU, PA, PS), and elastomers (e.g. NBR, FKM, SBR, EPDM) is good

1. Kluberplus S 03-105 reduces friction and wear in metal/metal, metal/ plastic and plastic/plastic friction components.
2. It is also suitable as a release agent when casting tin hinges, and to lubricate slide rails, threads, bolts and bushings.
3. It can also be used as an assembly aid for plastic and elastomer components.

Kluberplus S 03-105 Application notes

1. Kluberplus S 03-105 is a ready-to-use product. Shake or stir well before use.
2. The product then has to be filtered, e.g. using a nylon filter with a mesh size of 150 µm.
3. The dispersion can be applied by spraying, immersion, or by brush. Information on other application methods is available on request.
4. The surfaces to be coated must be cleaned/degreased and be completely free oil, grease, water, corrosion, and scale.
5. In this context it is important to keep in mind that the product’s lubricity and wetting capacity decrease as the water content increases. Protect product frost and direct heat.
