Applications

MOLYKOTE EM-D110 Grease is a high-viscosity-base-oil PAO grease for use in applications where noise reduction and damping are desired, including in driveshaft spline connections to reduce engagement feedback. Also suitable for applications where reducing noise plastic gears is desired.

How to use MOLYKOTE EM-D110 Grease

Clean points of application. As is usual with lubricating greases, apply or fill by means of a brush, spatula, or automatic lubrication device.

Handling precautions

MOLYKOTE EM-D110 Grease may irritate the skin or eyes. Wear safety equipment as necessary when handling this product. In the event of contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical care if necessary. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. At high temperatures in excess of 250ºC, the breakdown of fluorinated polymer can cause the release of a small amount of toxic gas. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Usable life and storage

When stored, unopened, in a cool, dark place, this product has a usable life of 36 months the date of production.
